Attention To Detail

Whether your project is a full demolition and rebuild, or an interior remodel, attention to detail is key. We work with you, and your architect or designer to ensure that we understand exactly what you are looking for and the type and level of finish you require. We employ teams who take pride in their work, and they all deliver to and beyond the high standards we require. We want you to be happy, and attention to detail is one of the ways we achieve this.

It's a Partnership

You have ideas and ambitions for your project. We understand this, and seek to make these happen for you. We work in partnership with you and your architect or designer before we embark on the build, and we keep in touch to advise you on progress at every step of the way. We are your construction partners. We are here to deliver, and will work with you to ensure that challenges do not become issues, and issues are just problems waiting for a solution.

Communication is Everything

Stress. Stress is a major issue when construction work is going on within your home or work environment. We make it our business to take as much stress out of the process as possible. We communicate. Before we even start we will tell you exactly the process, and the scary bits (and risks) up front. After that we keep you informed every step of the way. We even tidy up afterwards (or at the end of the day if you are occupying the property while we work).

Commercial

We have completed several commercial projects, both large and small. These have ranged from constructing a dog hotel and cattery to a remodelling project for a hairdressing firm involving extensive use of polished concrete, resin and industrial fittings.

New Build

We have completed residential projects on green and brownfield sites.

Demolition & Reconstruction

The majority of our work involves removing part of the property, underpinning, creating new footings, and extending the property over one or more storeys.

Extensions & Conservatories

Going back to our roots. We started life creating extensions, and conservatory spaces for home owners.

Loft Conversions

Another way to extend your living space (and keep the children out of the way). It is still the most cost effective way to increase space within your home.

Basement Conversions

Living in London with a small garden, or on a hill, sometimes the only way to increase living space is by going down. Build cost vs the increase in property value also make this type of build an extremely attractive proposition.
